Our artists prefer if you make an appointment so we can give you the best design possible, 

but we also take walk ins every alternating Tuesday. ( SEPT 2, 16, 30, OCT 7, 21, SO FORTH..)

Free snacks, fidgets, and entertainment.

We have a variety of juice boxes, water, salty, sweet, chocolate, and toys/entertainment for our clients to enjoy. We also have a full size fridge and a water dispenser if you want to bring your own lunch/water bottle!

Indoor shoes  & stair access only.

Unfortunately our location is only accessible by stairs and is on the second floor. We have a private main level front door where you can remove your shoes and use a pair of our slippers/crocs. They get cleaned daily. Feel free to bring your own indoor footwear as well! ​

Deposits are now required to book an appointment. 

Your appointment is secured once a deposit is received. 

​

Absolutely no babies, children, or pets.  

 Trained service animals with papers are the only exception. Please notify us when booking.

Scheduled time = on time. 

Please do not show up more than 10 minutes early or late. We may ask you to come back if you are too early. 

If you are late by more than 30 minutes, you are subjected to having your deposit forfeited.

No hands, ribs, or faces as first tattoos.

As a studio with a combined 20+ years experience, we believe that these locations are not suitable for first tattoos.

Free touchups for three months.

 To each artists discretion!

​

No free touchups on hands, fingers, or sides of feet.

These areas may not heal well due to calluses and daily rubbing/usage.

Please know the risks and do your research before booking an appointment!​

Stupidity, harassment, and rude comments will not be tolerated.

Please remember to respect boundaries when it comes to messages and emails. We often take weekends off and appreciate your understanding if it takes us 2-3 days to reply to your inquiry.

​TOUCHUPS IN DETAIL ​

In the end, it is up to each artist. However, as a studio, we offer a free touchup policy within 3 months of getting the tattoo. Please contact your artist directly to schedule a touchup. No free touchups on fingers, hands, sides of feet,  or anything that was healed incorrectly. ( we can tell )​

DEPOSITS IN DETAIL 

A deposit will be required to secure all bookings with Jess, John, and Liam. Each deposit is to be sent to the artist directly once your request is approved.  Please do not send anything until we ask you for it! ( see our emails above to ensure you are sending to the right location / not being scammed! ) ​

Deposits are taken to ensure that your artists time is taken seriously, and goes towards drawing time and saving your slot. We want to ensure you are serious when booking. Each deposit is non-refundable and can only be transferred to a new date with 48HR+ notice. Deposits will vary from $60, $120, or 200$ depending on the size of the appointment booked.

Cancelations or reschedules within the 48 hours will result in a complete forfeit for your deposit. Showing up more than 30 minutes late to your appointment may also result in a forfeit of your deposit.  We appreciate your understanding.
